Our Story
Bill Albert, the President and Founder of BMIGC and Talent Reality is deeply passionate about employee engagement. He has taken the time to personally oversee and develop each simulation to best meet the needs of individual companies and employees.
The Talent Reality 101 (tm) program is so incredibly powerful, that it has been certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society of Human Managers (SHRM). The Talent Reality Simulation allows HR professionals to earn 6 Business & Strategic Credits toward certification and recertification a needed.
